Finery Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process smooth and stress-free.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are issued as store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, deodorant marks, perfume, or makeup.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
• Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
Final sale items cannot be returned, including:
• Clearance/markdown styles
• Jewelry, hats, intimates, bodysuits
• Holiday/seasonal items
• Gift cards
Holiday Return Window
Purchases made November 21–December 24 may be returned for store credit through January 8, 2026.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, pending availability.
If the size you need is no longer in stock, you may return the item for store credit.
How to Request a Return (Shopify Instructions)
You can start a return directly through your Finery account.
Option 1: Start the Return From Your Account

Visit shopfineryfashion.com and log in to your customer account.

Navigate to Orders.

Select the order that contains the item(s) you'd like to return.

Click Request Return and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Start the Return From Your Order Email

Open your order confirmation email.

Click View My Order.

Choose Request Return and follow the instructions.
Return Label
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
A flat-rate return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your store credit, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Store Credit
After your item is received and inspected, store credit will be emailed to you as a Finery Gift Card.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@fineryfashion.com with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description
We will take care of the issue promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been scanned and accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is officially in the carrier’s possession.
Because of this:
• Finery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
• We cannot refund or replace packages marked delivered by the carrier.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:
– Check with neighbors or household members
– Allow 24–48 hours (packages often show delivered before they arrive)
– Contact the carrier directly to open a missing mail claim

We are happy to help guide you through the claims process, but carriers are responsible for final resolution.
Helpful Tips:
• Ship to a secure location
• Sign up for delivery notifications
• Consider using a P.O. Box if mail theft is common in your area

Online orders may be returned in-store at either Finery location.
(Refunds will still be issued as store credit.)
