SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. We do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order sooner, please email hello@fineryfashion.com and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

A: Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes USPS tracking information. 

Q: I accidentally selected in-store pick up at checkout but need my order shipped. What should I do?

A: Please send an email to hello@fineryfashion.com including your order number, letting us know you will need your order shipped. You will need to pay a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee. Once, the fee is paid the order will be shipped, you will be notified with tracking information. Orders over $99 before tax ship for free.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What do I do now?

A: If you have entered the wrong address at checkout please email hello@fineryfashion.com with your order number and the correct address. As long as your order has not been fulfilled we can update this before it ships.

ORDERS

Q: Do you price adjust?

A: We do not price adjust on previously purchased merchandise under any circumstance. This includes permanent markdowns and store/site wide sales & discounts. 

Q: I placed an order, but never received my confirmation email. How can I get that?

A: If you have not received a confirmation email within a couple hours after placing an order please be sure to check your junk mail first. If you are not able to find a confirmation email, and still need assistance, please email hello@fineryfashion.com and we will look into it for you.

Q: How do I know my order is ready for pick-up in the store?

A: When you place an order you will first receive a confirmation email of the order. Once your order is fulfilled and checked in at either store location you will receive another email or text that will let you know that your order is ready for pick up. Please allow up to a week for the package to arrive at the store of pickup. 

RETURNS

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: If you’re unsatisfied with the product you have received we gladly accept returns of purchased merchandise within 14 days. Returns are for store credit only, no refunds. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags still attached. You will then receive store credit which will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card to use on a future purchase.

 

Q: How long does your return process take?

A: Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been marked delivered by the post office. You will then be issued store credit via email when the return is processed.

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

A: Sometimes issues come up, it is frustrating for you and Finery. If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please contact hello@fineryfashion.com with your order number and a picture of the item. Please remember Finery is not responsible for damaged or incorrect items after 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Q: What items are final sale?

A: Any item that is a final sale means that the item is non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. These products would include clearance, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits.
