Finery Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to ship your order! Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, and tracking your package.


Processing Times

• Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Saturday.
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
• Orders placed Sunday–Monday will begin processing on Tuesday.


Shipping Rates

Free USPS shipping on orders $100+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Orders under $99.99 ship for a flat-rate of $8.99.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS.
Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after USPS receives the package.

You can track your order any time by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your Finery account at shopfineryfashion.com.


In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at both Finery locations.

Please note:
• Some items may be located at the opposite store.
• If so, we will transfer your items to your selected location.
This may add 1–2 additional business days to your pickup timeline.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the store.

Pickup is available during normal store hours in Manchester and Elkader.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• Finery is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
• If you notice an error, email us immediately at hello@shopfineryfashion.com.
If the package has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct it.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once USPS scans and accepts your package, it is officially in USPS’s possession.

Because of this:
Finery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
• We cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered by USPS.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Allow 24–48 hours (USPS sometimes scans packages early)
• Contact USPS to begin a Missing Mail Search

We’re happy to guide you on next steps, but USPS must resolve the final claim.
