We know that sometimes clothing just doesn't work out. We are here to help you! If you have any questions, just ask! Customer service is what we have built our business on and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase. 


All orders will ship out within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed. 

We gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your purchase. If your return is received after the 14 day window, we are unable to process the transaction. The merchandise can be returned to you at your expense. 

STORE CREDIT will be issued in the form of a gift card. Any associated shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping fees associated with the return.

Returns can be carried out via USPS, in-store or on the truck if you can catch us within the 14 day window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it, free of stains and odors. Tags must also be attached. 

Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Sale Items
Bath bombs, soaps, candles, fragrances
Accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, watches, hats, head wear, camisoles, leggings, bralettes and handbags.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Attention "Returns".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund code amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
